Have you requested the feature via ClientZone directly?
The x and y-axis on the graph should provide good info, along with the page before displaying how much you've use, projected, average and how much of the relevant data links you have left.

Yes (never received any response), all I want is the old functionality back as it was easy to see the usage, now I have to guess, or get usage logs emailed to me.

There should still be more than enough info available to see what your usage looks like during the month.
Was a ref# generated for the feature request?

No idea, you know what, all I want is a feature returned that you guys removed, but having to continually post requests to have it re instated, then told it would not be done until you launch your voice product, and now I am told there is already enough information. Sorry I do not agree. But, you know what leave it, I am sick of begging for something to be returned which should not have been removed in the first place.

Sorry to hear that this feature has caused such an issue.

Anybody having a slow connection tonight? Lots of disconnects for me at the moment. Then again I am using a media player with kodi and youtube.

Via pc, how does one run a ping and tracert? Think I'm going to see what this results are?
 
Did for me as well, restarted the router and all good, think it was the DNS.

To open command prompt on windows hit ctrl-r and type in cmd and hit enter. Then inside the prompt type ping address, e.g. ping vienna.at and hit enter, same for tracert.
To copy pre W10: right-click select all, hit enter. W10, right-click and select all, right-click copy or enter.

All you need to do is open your CMD or Command Prompt and type in the following:

ping "domain name"

and

tracert "domain name"

Unfortunately these tests can only be run separately for Windows, not like an MTR for terminal.
