looks good. Assuming Wifi? use the [ code] [/code] brackets next time before and after, helps a lot if there are many hops.

Sorry to hear that this feature has caused such an issue.
Please PM me your DSL username and I'll chat to our Devs to see what can be done.
This feature was very useful and also don't understand why it was removed. You have been asked by SpurSpyk but seem to be skirting around the issue. If it was previously available surely it can be brought back or is there some underlying reason - maybe too complicated for your tech guys?

Signed up for a Business DSL Uncapped account (8Mb/s), and works like gangbusters! One question to the Afri* crew: why am I allocated 5TB of data? Shouldn't that be an infinity symbol (he says tongue in cheek)?

I'm also allocated 5TB on the home uncapped dsl account.

I think it's been explained before, but think it's just the way they have done it. I'll be surprised if anybody hits 5TB during a month with their midnight data. :)

The fifth hop is a little concerning but your destination latency seems pretty could. It could just be a small wobble, maybe that particular router or switch seeing a spike in traffic. I wouldn't worry too much unless it's consistent.

We didn't end it, it just didn't transition with the network change with the change in systems and software. It's something we plan to restore but obviously took a backseat to the mobile launch. Hopefully we can focus on these small (but vital) issues now :)

Thank goodness, roll over data is a small but vital issue ;) :D

We can't really allocate infinite links, so we set an unrealistic number that we think nobody will achieve, though I guess with fibre on it's way 5TB may not seem unattainable anymore.

However the link won't ever get capped, it will just run on. :)

Thanks, Afriman. Now what's this about Fibre on the way?

That looks like the same one I have latency issues on but for me is my 3rd to fourth hop. Will double check when I get to work.

No need to wait, It's the same link.

Not sure if you saw my reply yesterday?
Either way, drop me a PM with your details and I can take a look at this.

I'm really tired of sounding like a broken record but that 3rd to 4th hop is broken again latency wise tonight:

All pings taken in parallel experience in game - trash.

These are pretty strange results, no idea why that hop would be so high. I see someone else posted a ping to that same hop and didn't see the issue.
Drop me a PM with your DSL username and any other tests you've been able to collect and I can chat to our network team :)
