Tell Petloane waiting 3 days for a reply is not lekke.

Can't wait till I am done with these oaks.

ClientZone can see delays in sync rates, all depends on how the Telkom API responds.
If you check your router you'll see the realtime sync rate. There's nothing wrong with your sync speed :)

Yes Afrihost ALWAYS EVERY SINGLE day say it is 10.

SO your clientzone is broken end of story.

Speedtest says 18Mbps I will check the router when I get home.

What are the costs to move a line to a different ISP? as that is the last AF product I still have

Could be a mis-config somewhere, not seeing any issues on our system though.
Here's a screengrab from Uniweb, interrogating your line.

There are no costs involved in moving our line back to Telkom.

Miss configuration on your clientzone yes.

Miss configuration on your clientzone yes.

Not aware of any issues :)
As I said, ClientZone queries the Telkom API - is something weird is happening there it'll reflect as such via ClientZone. It's a better idea to check line sync stats on the router directly as these will always be accurate.

Am I correct in reading that getting my ADSL line through Afrihost includes the Telkom voice line so a 4 MB line will cost R279? A 4 MB line with 100 GB capped data per month will hense cost R478 no hidden costs, nothing more, no extra Telkom voice line?

The dsl + data can be combined, you will pay the ~R180 to Telkom no matter line sync/speed/packages.

You still need the voice line from Telkom
