Could someone help with my voice line, for the past two weeks it has gone from bad to worse. The noise is so bad that you cant' even hear the person on the other side. I have reported this issue before but elected not to log a call as I thought the situation will get better.

Unfortunately, if your issue only affects your voice line, there won't be much we can do... Do you see a poor SNR when testing your DSL line? Drop me a PM with more details and I'll check it out. :)
 
What exactly are you currently seeing?

"Apology for irregular service, yes it's listed as resolve but there some issues that still needs to resolved.

I think i am also getting free data... I signed up on Saturday, the only thing that seems to count data is the after hour free GBs. It's nice to see I am getting free data. I think this should be looked at. How often should the client zone update my usage? because I still have full data cap left from sign up even after i have used the account for streaming, youtube, and some steam downloads.
