Our company have been using Afrihost for hosting for almost 10 years now. Now that we have a problem there support system is complete rubbish.
I tried calling them and Mr Visser says they will call back or use whatsapp. The person on their whatsapp support is completely retarded.
They also never call back!!!
My mailbox is full. Disk quota have been reached and already set to unlimited, we are also already on their platinum package. So, I just want access to my account to delete some old emails to free up space. And the answer from the person on whatsapp is to upgrade my account


I don't want to upgrade, but they can't seem to comprehend this!
In the past when we got this error, over the phone they at least could help me. Now we are left with no avenue to explore as they don't call you back and whatsapp support is useless!
