Our company have been using Afrihost for hosting for almost 10 years now. Now that we have a problem there support system is complete rubbish.

I tried calling them and Mr Visser says they will call back or use whatsapp. The person on their whatsapp support is completely retarded.

They also never call back!!!

My mailbox is full. Disk quota have been reached and already set to unlimited, we are also already on their platinum package. So, I just want access to my account to delete some old emails to free up space. And the answer from the person on whatsapp is to upgrade my account :mad::mad:

I don't want to upgrade, but they can't seem to comprehend this!

Internal Server Error

In the past when we got this error, over the phone they at least could help me. Now we are left with no avenue to explore as they don't call you back and whatsapp support is useless!

Just vote with your wallet and save yourself further pain and frustration.

Simple answer, vote with your wallet.
This problem is getting worse by the day. Every day there's customers coming here to vent about them.

This is very true, I have been trying for 2 days to phone them to find out when they will release my line, after I cancelled to move to cool ideas.. still waiting for a call back !

Too many of these threads now every day. Maybe we need a "What's wrong with Afrihost" thread like we have for OpenWeb?

i bought a afrihost sim a while ago, wanted to do a sim swap from my existing mtn sim to the afrihost sim and use their data - plus my old sim isnt LTE enabled, i just wasnt receiving the pin to do the swap, been months now and no feedback - when i first queried it i was told to go to MTN which i did who then told me to go back to afrihost ... i eventually pm'd one of the reps here but havent heard back since.

i gave up and got a telkom sim on their freeme package.
