Upgrading, downgrading, cancelling or re-activation of your account is not allowed on or after the 25th of each month. This is due to billing already processed among other reasons.
Please note you will only be able to cancel your account after the 1st.
Also note you will get a refund you will need to take it up with our accounts department.

Well, I guess I'll just go to ABSA then and reverse the charges there.... AfriHost is bloody useless
