I'm looking to get an adsl line and I noticed that Afrihost had just done a 60% performance upgrade on their network. My question is, for low latency, are they the best company to go with?

Afriman, I think it's only fair that you also mention the current latency situation while EASSy is not fixed yet.
It's true that EASSy is not fully restored, and there is some latency introduced (only on international traffic though). For the most part this has not had a big impact on most services, but we are constantly monitoring to ensure that latencies do not go above acceptable levels.
