Afrihost or Telkom connection issue

Guys

I have a 10Mbps Afrihost account but for some reason the line or the connection keeps dropping at random times of the day.

I'm not really an IT expert but can troubleshoot a bit.

Can someone guide me on what to check please if is a Telkom line issue or Afrihost issue.

There was maintenance being done at various exchanges by Telkom. It was reported last week.
