So I have Pure fiber 100mb package with Afrihost. And I have been paying R1517 since June 2020 and before that I was paying R1617.
As far as I can tell the price changed in July 2019. The new price is R1117.00
I queried this with their accounts department and their response was:
"With regards to your query - please note that you will have to change your package to our PURE FIBRE. This will change the pricing."
On my Client zone it states that my package is a 100Mbps pure fibre.
Am I wrong to demand a refund for the overcharge?
