They, like the rest of us, have the right to make mistakes. The important thing is that they seem to have learned from it.

Which other ISP even comes close to have moved things forward like they did in the past? How many ISPs just gave away 3G Mi-Fi adapters for free?



In spite of everything, they are still the most innovative ISP in SA by far.
