Afrihost POC Network - Afrigreen Feedback

I say there should be one rep available on weekends even if they alternate weekend's and work half day. Look at Mweb Guy he is around almost 24/7.
 
Any idea on exactly how long we are going to beta testers? All these tweaks that have been rolled out have caused more issues for this POC network than actually fixing it...
 
What I think is most concerning is how these tweaks were implemented on Friday with apparently no thought to what if it borked the network. Undoubtedly we will see this poor performance continue through tomorrow until on Tuesday the platitude platoon arrive :(
 
This is so frustrating. At 7am the speed was about 3.5mbps download and I was really happy. Now look...

Hope you're all enjoying your day off :)

We know there are some issues on AfriGreen today, the network team have picked this up on their side and are working on sorting this out as quickly as possible.

Thanks so much for your feedback, especially on a Public Holiday, this is very helpful to get everything back to where it should be.

I just fell off my chair!! Afriman? Is that really you?

From what I can see, Routing on the AfriGreen Network is changing every few minutes.

One minute we route via NeoTel IP's and the Next Afrihost IP's

I don't know the specifics of what the issue is, but we're seeing the same symptoms on our side - the team are on this.

I know I'm not around as much as I'd like to be - AfriGuy and AfriGenie are always chomping at the bit to help out the MyBB community. I'm never more than a PM away though :)

Hey mate,

Its not just today. Problems have been experienced since friday when the last tweaks went live :(

Hey man.

Today, well this afternoon actually seems better than the entire weekend which wasn't good at all.

Still some slight fluctuations but overall much better than the weekend.
 
I was away for the weekend. No power, no phone reception. I didn't miss the internet.
So I come home to this... I wish I was in the bush again. At least then I have no expectations of having internet.
