AH please can you also look into Google play store performance. Any updates/downloads are k@k slow - nearly dead. Please dont say it is my exchange - other downloads and p2p working quite well at 3,1 mbps (not perfect but hey).

Also YouTube is pretty much useless - nothing even starts to play never mind buffering.

I can confirm the topups for you, PM me your DSL username and I can check.
From what I understand though, the test accounts are just test accounts - it's data available on the network. Your @afrihost DSL account should still be active if you want to use those benefits.

The old accounts will be locked the email said;

Can I still access my old DSL account?
Your old DSL account details will be locked once you've connected with your new account. If you would like to switch back to your current DSL account, please get in touch by emailing [email protected].

So, my choice is the old unusable account with the MTN network and IPC problems with Afrihost++ or a test account that works better than the old borked MTN account with no Afrihost++ even tho its paid for, because the MTN IPC fix is actually only a test?

/colour me jaded

I think AfriMan confirmed this a little earlier.
We aren't locking the accounts right away.

Anyone else having problems getting onto YouTube?

EDIT: Can get on now but can't play anything.

Not updating iTunes is a biggie. Can you drop me a PM so we can use you as a guinea pig to get this sorted?

Sorry, was a Super crap day today...
Just checked. iTunes is downloading...
Will test the iPad of my wife to check if that updates.

Just a little worry. Been disconnected 2 times since 17H00...

It would be in relation to the product you're on. So if you're on Uncapped, the shaping policies would be pretty similar. We're using new technology to administer shaping, so we're stilling crossing the I's and dotting the T's.

Thanks, isn't business uncapped meant to be unshaped?

I find that the Afrigreen network loads pages faster, it uses shorter routes, it connects faster and download speed doesn’t fluctuate. In short, I like what you’ve done. Thank you. :)
