Both your POC network and your normal network suck. We are without options....

What should we do??

Really sorry to hear that :( The two should be different though, we're seeing quite positive results on Afrigreen today.
I'd like to run some tests with you - could you paste them here or drop me a PM?

I'll ask our guys to get this checked out, not sure if the latency is on the local backhaul here :( Looks like it's there on the way to CPT.
Could you paste another traceroute to a different site please?

AfriMan... I have just sent you another PM.

AfriGreen is telling me it is capped;

You have used up all the data on your connectivity account!
Please log into your ClientZone to top-up your account and continue to enjoy the world wide web.
Visit ClientZone

and my MTN 20GB account seems to be softcapped and now shows;

Hhhmm, so looks like international is doing something weird on a backhaul to CPT. Thanks for running this - I'll get our network guys to check things out.

Thanks .
Will run more test throughout the day and make a log and send it to you guys

Seems there is a general Telkom problem in the area - a lot of people around me are complaining that they don't have service. Not all are with AH.

Doh :(
Thanks for checking dude! Fingers crossed it's fixed up soon!

Isn't this ironic, it should read " our used to be long time ago award winning DSL Service.

This is false advertising!!!

Not sure what the goal is here? The fact that we've won awards in the past can't really be changed.

Well you are advertising on false promise as things are not working. Spent yesterday with drop out on both afrigreen and afrihost, so if someone was joining your network yesterday based on your award winning, no catches advert, what would they find?

THE GOAL IS STOP ADVERTISING WHAT YOU CANNOT OFFER ANYMORE UNTIL YOU FIX IT!

As mentioned in the thread earlier, extensive testing/ tweaking took place with Afrigreen through the weekend.
I don't think it's realistic to pull content from either the website or pre-planned ads - that makes zero sense. We're acknowledging the current issues.

The awards we've won can't simply disappear.
