We're working on Twitch.tv now, we've had to make some adjustments to get the maximum performance on Twitch.tv so you should start seeing an improvement in the next day or so.

AfriGenie, do you think it is safe to move all my connections to AfriGreen for now?
Can we expect any more downtime like on Friday and Saturday?

The MTN Network is shot, and the latency is appalling.

On 4Mbit Business Uncapped:

Just received the account today, and trying out now.

Initially could not connect to GMail imap servers, but it is connecting now.

Ping to www.afrihost.com

Ping statistics for 41.181.185.18:
Packets: Sent = 39, Received = 24, Lost = 15 (38% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 30ms, Maximum = 389ms, Average = 110ms

First speed test resulted in the following:

Got my green login info today.
Have not been using my AH data during this month due to all the issues.
Tested AG and working great!!!
Playing Destiny and watching 1080 youtube at the same time with NO issues!!
Keep it going, looking great at the moment!
20mbps capped account.

To be honest, I would recommend holding off for a few more days, on Saturday for example we didn't have a choice but to take AfriGreen down for the period that we did. I don't think it will happen again, but I cannot promise that it won't happen again.

The AfriGreen signup page does not show me any network information this end.
Also how is AfriBlue going?
Is it even worth Afrihost's time to test at this point.
 
I don't see anything either. Since my problem seems to be sort of an isolated case how am I supposed to know it's even being acknowledged?

Hmmm, I'll need to check up on that.

We're still going to be as thorough as possible with the testing, at the moment we're not quite ready to start testing with Clients on AfriBlue yet.
