Poor MS and PSN speeds all the time even at 5:30am

Ftp local cloud based services.

Would you mind submitting the specific servers via the ClientZone AfriGreen Report Issue button. Our Team will need to check why exactly the performance on FTP isn't quite where it should be.

Ah! That would explain your download speeds. Can you please disable that, and test your downloads again.

We've made some improvements, but there does still seem to bit quite a bit of buffering on anything higher than Medium quality. The Team is trying to see if this can be improved and how we would go about it.

Comments:
Gaming - some lag due to high latency, playing Battlefield 4 and War thunder on Playstation 4.
Browsing - pages load up quick but slower on graphical intensive sites (as expected).
Audio Streaming - No problem, fast and good quality on soundcloud and spotify.
Video Streaming - tend to buffer a bit on startup on 480p on youtube, cannot play higher quality than that on my line speed.
Torrents - Slow loading a few torrent sites, no problem connecting but downloading was extremely slow both during the day and night. Max speed was around 60 kB/s
HTTP Downloads - fluctuating from 140 KB/s to 170 KB/s downloading from a UBUNTU Http server
FTP - Downloading UBUNTU from ftp server, ranging from 130 KB/s to 150 KB/s
OS Updates - Downloaded windows update, it took a while to start and updating apps on the Google Play Store tends to give me an error then I have to retry a few times to complete it.
Email - no problem sending and receiving.
Map services - took a while to show my location (only used the network to determine it) but it was fairly accurate after loading.
Download or Upload Speed related issues - It is slower than my previous account, I used to achieve 1.75 most of the time now it stays around 1.69 at the most.
Latency - Tested a few international and local locations:
London : 208 ms ping & 11 ms jitter
New York: 254 ms ping & 2ms jitter
Singapore: 191 ms ping & 7ms jitter
Jerusalem: 312 ms & 107 ms jitter
Perth: 328 ms & 3 ms jitter
Capetown: 35 ms & 1 ms jitter
Johannesburg:10 ms & 1 ms jitter
Durban: 56 ms & 1 ms jitter

It is a bit choppy on the office connection as well, but I am sure we can get it improved!
 
Can connect to BF4 MWEB servers without being kicked now. Still getting packet loss in game though.

Just a hint of progress then! Thanks for the update, looks like there are some changes still needed.
 
Http Download speeds aren't the best tonight.

Averaging around 200-25kbps

Browsing seems fine and youtube is streaming fine too at 1080p. Just downloading that's slow.

Edit* Facebook loading is slow too but that's been the case for the last several days. Was assuming it's just facebook that's having the problem.
