@Afriguy: Couldnt test further last night. Watched a show and hit the hay. Will try some more tests tonight.
I had just the opposite experience was streaming from Netflix in HD all night until about 1:30 in the morning without any hick-ups and I'm in PE. Thanks for the Afrihostthanks gigs appreciate it!![]()
I can confirm that packet loss/high latency was prevalent on Dota.tv last night from around 8pm-10pm, with continuous ping spikes using Afrigreen.
Thanks for the update. Were you using the Twitch.tv, Youtube or in-game DotA stream?
In-game Dota stream
AfriGenie, can you perhaps recommend some ping/packet loss software that I can run in the background in order to provide some better feedback on my Afrigreen experience?
It seemed to load without issue on my AfriGreen account, would you mind posting a traceroute to that site?
I definitely can recommend one! The best option is probably Ping Plotter, it doesn't use a significant amount of system resources, and is quite easy to understand and setup.![]()
Perfect, thank you, will run it during the weekend and see how things go![]()
This site does not load for me either on AfriGreen.

I've update the Team.
Are you able to run a traceroute to that site, or ping it at all?

It won't ping like that, you need to remove http:// and anything after the /
