Speed gotten progressively worse through the night, averaging now around 150kbps. Streaming also was fine around 9pm and got worse. Had to find a lower quality stream.

Downloaded a video from Vimeo. Download Speed 700kbps. Can't browse.

This especially seems to be a constant theme no matter what. Whenever my download speeds are normal +-700kbps I can't do any browsing.

Soon as my download speeds drop then I can browse.

@Afriguy, @Afrigenie, @Afrigreen, etc, I've explained this issue before - the problem occurs between 20:30 and 00:00... I would like some root cause analysis done and a report detailing the cause and if possible a resolution or action/timeline to resolve this issue...

Can you ping bras.afrihost.com when your speed are really poor? We've set up something on the URL to try to simulate the second hop, so let's see if that can shed any light on what could be happening.

@Afriguy, @Afrigenie, @Afrigreen, etc, I've explained this issue before - the problem occurs between 20:30 and 00:00... I would like some root cause analysis done and a report detailing the cause and if possible a resolution or action/timeline to resolve this issue...

We definitely need to troubleshoot a little more before we can make any definitive conclusions. AfriGreen definitely seemed OK for me last night, but I didn't run exactly the same tests as you at the same time (which would have been a better comparison).

I also see you've chopped off the first 2 hops of all your traceroutes, so that also limits the information we can work with. Could you please include those in your future posts so we have all the relevant data? Any comparative tests you've run on any other networks?
 
AfriGreen is definitely slower than normal. Can't get more than 5meg on speedtests or YouTube. Normally I see over 30megs. Latency looks ok from here. Throughput dropped at about 6pm last night. On my phone so will post tests later.

Turned off Business Optimisation on both afrigreen and normal uncapped.

Still getting lag spikes and disconnects on World Of Warships on both uncapped solutions ( afrigreen and normal) .
I don't know the ip's of their servers

On the free 1GB capped account it runs fine.

My line is looking great for local. Speedtest at max and running torrent on about 1.4MB/s on average, which is pretty good.

Will test some more

Are you getting high pings on any other services or only in this one game?

As far as I can tell we're nowhere near maximum on the network, so while some shaping policies may kick in on Uncapped accounts (not Business or Capped) we should be seeing full throughout on unshaped products and unshaped services.

As I've asked a few times, I can't really say anything becuase you're not posting any results. So I have no idea what you're seeing there and I can't offer any analysis.

If you look at the results I posted, you can see that I am getting maximum line speed on my side, so I'll need to see results to the contrary.
