Tested route to youtube-ui.l.google.com and the difference is huge. Where are you in the country, politallycorrect?

Trying to stream YT @ either 1080/720 while my gf browses FB and watches the odd vid on 360p

What is your line speed? Remember that 1080p can pretty much max out a 10Mbps line easily, so it's possible that when both vids are playing there could be contention on the local network :(

Latency in the crapper again, its up and down more times than a geriatric going to the loo.

Also streaming ANYTHING is becoming an exercise in frustration

C:\Users\Joshua>

Definitely looks pretty horrible there. We shouldn't have been seeing latency to my knowledge though. Did you switch accounts and see things go back to normal?

Definitely not seeing anything close to this in general. Is it possible this was a Telkom area issue. I don't see any listed issues for Sandton/Rosebank, but seeing as you're so close to our IPC, I can't see why you would get latency like this :(

Gaming on BF4 last night. Packet loss every 5 seconds. Other team mates are with other ISP's and report no issues of packet loss.

Tell me if I am doing it right and if I should seek employment at AH:

I didn't have any issues.
You shouldn't see those results.
What DNS are you using?
Any other services that are affected?

Sorry about that :(
Was the packet loss just on BF4 or across the board for you last night? Did you manage to switch back to your old account to test if the issues are there too?

Just a quick one on ShowMax, they just got in touch to say they're looking at sorting out access for Afrigreen - should have feedback by the end of today :)

So Afripeople. Have you'll managed to figure out why I continue to have the problem of being unable to browse while http downloading?

I've done all the tests being asked. My web africa account works fine. I've made no changes to my network setting or anything.

This problem is becoming hugely frustrating.

This is errors I get when I try to browse while downloading
