Not to sure why we just accepts this inferior service and not doing anything about it, what makes it worse we are paying for it, I am going to vote with me feet

I can totally understand your frustration. We are definitely pushing for the network to be finalised as quickly as possible, we definitely understand that our clients need to have the best internet experience and that is our highest priority.

Slow browsing, downloading and streaming, high pings local and international accompanied with a high jitter and packet loss. Great!

Definitely looks pretty poor here. Our team are going through all the reports and will isolate any issues we can trace on our side.

Really wonder if they can actually offer a service we are paying for, same happens on normal account.

As far as I am aware there should have been no issues over the weekend but our team are going through everything on our side and reported here and in ClientZone.

That sucks. I was definitely doing a lot of browsing on Saturday evening for my studies, and I didn't pick up any issues on my side.

Have the team contacted you regarding the Windows 7/Browsing issue we're trying to recreate?

Nope no one has contacted me. And I was getting all those ERR error messages last night as well even when I'm not downloading.

One of the forum members on here said I should phone in and speak to Jayde because he's pretty good with these kind of issues so I'm going to try and do that today.

I think let's give the guys working on this a chance to get somewhere with this and give you a call instead of you having to call in

Afrigreen just died for me, had to switch to Vanilla. You guys testing or what?

Any word on if the AfriGreen bonus data will continue next month or do I need to switch accounts before midnight so that my AV Update and scan can run at 1 am?

I can't say for definite, I think it's very likely :)

Very likely I will need to switch accounts or very likely it will continue.

I guess I framed the question badly, but I take it you meant that there is a good chance it will continue so it is unlikely I will need to switch accounts. :)

Out of curiosity (and the lack of any formal feedback), I am sticking my head into this thread to figure out how long AH will continue running a paid-test (i.e. your customers pay, and test for you)? I just checked back and it's been over 2 months now and by the looks of it not much progress since then.

I think it's difficult to assess just from reading through threads and focussing on the reported issues, that in no way is an indication of the thousands of users who are having a good experience. We've increased the number of users several times over, increased capacity and are closer to replicating a real world system which can run as a prototype for our new network.

I think as a client or user of the network first hand, it would make more sense to formulate an opinion on your own experience.

Very likely that we'll give you more data. nudge nudge wink wink say no more say no more ;)

Remember that MyBB host their own speedtest server, so it's possible if that server response is slow or experiencing latency, then the results could differ.
I thought that because MyBB has a local site their tests would be the most accurate. Thanks. :)
