It is Disabled.

Not playing anything else at the moment so I can't say.

Some other info on what I have found on other services.
Usenet is unusable on the old Business account, and only usable after 22;00. This issue I have reported before Afrigreen was even activated.
Usenet speeds are incredibly slow on Afrigreen. After 22:00 it improves.
HTTP downloads run at full speeds
Youtube runs okish. Haven't used it alot during last couple of days, but will check and give feedback
 
Let me guess. P2P up to crap from 15H00 for most business uncapped people out there...

Other services work (well sort of) for some time before everything stops and starts again after a few seconds of rest.

You'll need to run a traceroute to the European Battle.net servers to get an accurate result, I'll see if I can find the server IPs.

Tried FB from my phone. Slow and got a few no internet errors.

FTP, slow from a server of the University of Pretoria.
Have problems with TeamViewer. Not connecting.
And even WhatsApp is dead. Can't see the picks my brother is sending from the north, and I mean he is near the set of GoT!

Yep that seems to be the case for the last two days.

Torrents were running fine earlier but some time after 3-4pm speed just drops irrespective of which torrent is used.

Hope twitter and others browsing doesn't get affected like last night too.
 
Results look similar, but on Afrigreen torrents don't run even if leave it for a long time. On the normal account it is slow, but it does download.

Hey Guys,

Just a quick update, we're seeing poor performance on P2P with Capped and Business Uncapped accounts on our side as well. We've reported this to the Afrigreen Team, and we'll let you know the moment we receive an update.
