While I fully understand you're frustrated, I need to ask again that we work toward a resolution together, in a civil manner please.
I too am seeing poor results with torrents specifically this morning - our network team are looking at it.[/h we were, but the response via the ticket I logged last night after I could not even get onto team viewer to connect to my servers says it all.
I was told over and over that there was no managing on business accounts, but your tech team response said otherwise.
And another thing civil... You are more than willing to take my money every month, but if we dare complain about not getting a service we are in the wrong.
If i **** up a install at a client, I am held to account and get warnings issues for offenses. But with AH they say one thing, give you another and just dare not to pay for the no service...
And then to find out that the 18h00 thing we complain about is your team managing bandwidth on the network? Even if the account in question should not be managed? Or did your terms change????

Please continue to submit diagnostic results if you are still having issues.
No shaping is done on Business accounts. If P2P is performing poorly on Afrigreen it means something needs to change and be tweaked.
Happy to continue troubleshooting via PM, there was some valuable info being discussed there.

Please be advised that P2P traffic is being managed when there is demand on the Afrigreen network. Management of the P2P traffic will automatically apply as demand increases on the network, as well as, be removed as demand decreases. Currently we are managing P2P traffic as we test the Bandwidth management system.

Oh and on the question on torrent, started running fine after I was shaped at about 03h00 then stopped at 04h00 and then again at 09h00 stopped and went random.
I can't access my system via Team Viewer so I have no freaken idea what is going on wrt my system at the moment
I have many times, I have sent PM's nothing seems to change, I am actually sick of having to do continual tests for something that I expect to work. I know there can be the occasional issue, but lately its everyday. Tests doesn't seem to show any issues, but when I cannot open Twitter, and when it does no pics load its irritating.
I have even had issues looked at by Critical Care but in the end nothing was resolved properly.

I'm sorry too. Sorry that I've been paying for this POC rubbish.
What a joke. What I pay for and what I actually get are two very different things.
I guess it's on me though. No amount of complaining is going to dig Afrihost out of the hole they find themselves in. When we keep paying them for a sub-par service, we're telling them it's okay.

This is the second time I've had to log this to the callcentre. There was no resolution the first time around.
I fail to get a stable connection to Microsoft Exchange servers. It's dismal and is affecting my operation.
Can you guys please step in and assist.
