* Browsing is fine with pages loading quickly.
* YouTube Video Streaming is flawless and load without buffering.
* Email - Email work properly and I could send and receive mail.
* Latency (local and international ping times) - Latency ranges from 40 to 45ms locally and internationally.

Things look pretty good from the tests! Just want to confirm that P2P download, is that from a torrent or are you using Usenet?

It is from a torrent.

Averaging around 5-10kbps the maximum download speed it reached was 30kbps for barely a second.

When I stopped the download it was at 970KB. Pity you don't have the same speed.
 
Where can I get a free account to test with. I only have an Axxess account and will not get results. I remember I had another account, but can't get the details on that anymore.

I'm on 6mbps line.

I let it run little longer to see if speed picks up. Doesn't. Goes up to about 30kbps for a moment and then drops below 10kbps.
 
I also get this when browsing. Right now it's on my hotmail account but it happens on twitter, facebook, tweetdeck and various social network or email accounts.

I'm still not entirely sure what could be causing that... I remember you mentioned that this happens with multiple browsers. Does this happen on any Mobile Devices that you have connected?

Have you considered changing your client? I'm using qBittorrent. It is very neat and simple to use.

I just got my new phone so I've only noticed it on twitter where doesn't load.

But others on here have experienced the exact same problem for at least the past week. Think few others have even uploaded screenshots with those same loading issues.

I'll give it a try but I've never had any issues with the client before and works fine with different ISP.
 
Can't get higher than 30 KB/s on that torrent either. Business uncapped.
Also cannot connect to my vpn since about 6:15 pm - same as last night. Was able to before that.
