After 6, And I can't surf again, no downloads, Facebook doesn't load, no gaming. Changed back to AfriRed and it's even worse.

At 3 this afternoon everything was flying but now we going at a snail's pace

:(

The Afrigreen PoC is definitely reaching the end of of it's run, once the Afrigreen accounts are on the production network, you will see a dramatic improvement in performance.

You should buy a large capped account. :D

Not a fek.
I pay for an unshaped, uncapped product.
The only difference (supposed to be) between your account and mine is that yours is capped.
AH can deny it but people here have proven that the capped accounts are performing differently to the business uncapped.

It would appear as if capped accounts are going to get cheaper and much larger. I use to have an uncapped account but due to small amount of data I used I changed to capped.

Well that isn't the point here. The point is the business uncapped and the capped accounts should perform the same. As AH has said numerous times, these accounts (are supposed) to come from the same data pool and thus should perform the same.

Maybe that is true for the POC. You should give Afrihost the benefit of the doubt and see how it performs when the new network is deployed and all the POP's are available. :)

This has been a concern of our Team, and is already something that has been addressed in the production version of Afrigreen, when the Afrigreen accounts have been moved over to the production network the consistency between the Capped and Business Uncapped will be much improved.

Please have the Business Uncapped users catch up to Capped and not vice versa :p

How many more times?

At least once more but it is up to you to decide. :)

I hope they will also give me the benefit of the doubt when my bank isn't performing so well - everytime I try to draw money it keeps saying "insufficient funds".

:(

Afrigreen isn't at its optimum performance at the moment, when the Afrigreen accounts are moved over to the production network in the next few days, you will see a dramatic improvement and your accounts will be running at a much improved tempo.

There better be freaking unicorns and magical leprechauns too.
You guys will really have to bring the WOW factor.

When is the next few days? Gian sent out his mail on Friday saying within the next few days we will be migrated... now you saying the next few days - after it's been 4 days - next thing we know it'll be December and you'll still be sproting the next few days... yet again I am barely able to do any work...

I've been patient for almost 2 months and the service and support levels has been getting worse, I will be pausing my services from next month onward.
