My servers only accept static DNS, so will dial a PPPoE connection to grab them after the move.

Definitely a business. It would be a bit much if it is for home use.I actually have 9 in Total, 1 for VoIP and 2 for routing of some specific traffic.
I also have 3G Backup on top of that as well, all connects to a Pfsense Box.
