Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I am really sorry about the conection issues you are having on your 120mbps line. Let me help you. Can you please send me some screenshots of speedtests done via LAN cable so that I can log a fault for you with the Frogfoot maintenance team.

So not sure logging any tickets with Frogfoot would help, as I do not have a general speed issue. Below was tested via WiFi (as I don't have a mean to test with cable. Macbook)

The issue has been YouTube, and I'm sure, there is plenty of evidence on this forum of other also complaining about YouTube buffering - yet raw speed throughput is not the issue.

I will for the next few days start to look at possible browser related issues, but I don't think it's the cause, as at times, when YouTube barely wants to stream 1080p, switching to Firefox from Arc, doesn't make things any better.

100% my speeds are fine whether it is cabled or Wi-Fi, Youtube will struggle. I also seem to have issues with Disney+ since I signed up recently.
