Best would be to log it with their support line, and then escalate via the forum

Ended up using WhatsApp, there seems to be a fault for the area, street WhatsApp group confirms their internet also down.

Mine also looks strange - I know they only keep 30 days' worth of usage these days, but at least they could show you the entire usage of the previous month.
But since the 5th, usage seems to no longer being tracked.

Srange issue this evening, I cannot use nextflix on any of the tvs in my house.
One over wifi and one with a wired connection. Do a network test on the app, says my device is not connected to the internet.
On my phone it works fine?

The whole street whatsapp group is down, your whatsapp support says there is a notice for the area, no eta. will dm anyway as its been down since 11:30.
