Yeah there is definitely congestion on Telkom IPnet LINX LON1 port. Getting them to do anything about it is super frustrating. Been an issue for a while now.

With Openserve you can get another ISP data only account if you dont want to move. Message one of the rep accounts on here they could maybe sort you out with a test account to confirm it's not your line

I didn't know this, I'll see who can organise, I want nothing to do with liquid telecom at this point. If I use my proton vpn (south africa point) I can get 80/40 but I dont want to live on a vpn because my own ISP cant sort out a problem.

Moving is just a pain with notice and orders and I dont want downtime either

This is now resolved. Telkom has configured a 2nd 100G link at LINX LON1 just as we were about to make network changes.

Graphs looking good still. Saw some very might loss on our monitoring from Hetzner Helsinki and Feral Hosting Amsterdam but not seeing any general issues and latency looks good via London now.
