Afrihost router problems

Hi all

Can someone from Afrihost please assist. I had a fibre line installed last year in late September at our new house and I received a router as part of the deal.

After not having a single problem since then, I've now started encountering problems with my line where my internet will intermittently drop/lose connection etc. After speaking to an Afrihost agent via Whatsapp last weekend and the weekend before, the line tests show everything to be ok from the Frogfoot perspective and the agent then helped me do a little troubleshooting on my router (resetting etc). After about an hour, the agent mentioned that my router is the problem and not my line but he mentioned that the router does not have any guarantee?

Can someone please help me with a replacement? The router is hardly 6 months old! :crying:
