Maybe they are going to consolidate all accounts and not actually overwrite everything?
 
I also had my websites hosted with them, they were always down or has some site builder issues, supports was shocking and very slow. I got to the point where I just had enough and moved my hosting elsewhere, smooth sailing ever since.
