Afrihost is reducing the price of its uncapped ADSL packages with up to 50%, without sacrificing quality of service.

If we thought our recent product changes, improvements or promos would hurt out network we wouldn't do it.

Awesome! Currently @ R195 2 Mbps uncapped and now with this maybe it's time to consider an upgrade to 4Mbps line and take up a 4 Mbps package @ R147. I still have 21 calendar days to weigh up my options and see how other ISP's react.Well done Afrihost.

Once the voice line is active, the DSL line can take between 3 and 30 days to install. Usually quicker than that though.

I'm afraid price cuts for Premium/ Business Uncapped isn't viable at this stage without sacrificing the quality of the product.

I think AH was first.....

On Thursday Afrihost announced that all of the data used between midnight and 18:00 each day on its capped ADSL accounts will be free.
That means that Afrihost’s capped ADSL accounts will offer free data for 18 hours a day – from 00:00 to 18:00.
Shortly afterwards Crystalweb announced that it will also offer free data between midnight and 18:00, and cut the price of its capped ADSL products.
