Afrihost Slow Speed??

My DL is flying at 600-700KB/s
but some pages are loading slower than usual...

im capped too, prepaid package to be precise, dont know if that makes a difference?
 
Decided to try afrihost capped for gaming after seeing the write-up on the main site regarding it being the best. However i'm getting far higher latency readings than with my uncapped mweb account. What gives?
