Afrihost speed problem!!!

Hi

So recently i purchaced the afrihost 4096kb uncapped package and i'm not getting the speed. I found out that my telkom line is only 384kb...

Now do i need to phone telkom to upgrade to 4mg?
Will there be aditional costs for line rental???

Why post this as being an Afrihost speed problem when its got nothing to do with a problem on afrihosts side but a problem that you didnt upgrade your line?

Options :

1. Call Afrihost and ask them to downgrade your package to 384k.
2. Phone Telkom and ask them to bump your line speed up to 4096k. Of course you'll pay more for the higher speed.
3. Do nothing.

Last, but not least, fix the misleading title.

If he never realized the line speed had to be upgraded, do you think he'll know how to change the thread title?
