I complained to Afrihost on the 11/02/2014, regarding poor 3G coverage and internet throughput in my area despite it showing full coverage on their coverage map. I filled in the relevant coverage query template as requested (MTN query template). Reference no.: Ticket ID: QFG-119-95616 was given for my complaint. No feedback has been received to date. My emails dated 17/02/2014, 04/03/2014, 05/03/2014 & 10/03/2014 have all been ignored by Afrihost support. Has Afrihost closed it's customer support division?
