Afrihost support closed down?

I complained to Afrihost on the 11/02/2014, regarding poor 3G coverage and internet throughput in my area despite it showing full coverage on their coverage map. I filled in the relevant coverage query template as requested (MTN query template). Reference no.: Ticket ID: QFG-119-95616 was given for my complaint. No feedback has been received to date. My emails dated 17/02/2014, 04/03/2014, 05/03/2014 & 10/03/2014 have all been ignored by Afrihost support. Has Afrihost closed it's customer support division? :mad:

I would also ignore your email dated 05/04/2014.

Have to agree though. Support for AH is down in the dumps. I already moved 1 website due to poor support.
 
If the present Afrihost threads are an indicator, then it looks like they are going the Mweb way fast

Growing too fast with new subscriptions and forgetting about their loyal long time subscribers - their network is shaped to a crawl and falling over
 
Well I've been trying to get a response from them about my phones AP not working. I can't phone them unfortunately as I have no more airtime. So I'm stuck with waiting on support tickets.

But damn it's getting down to the wire now, only have about 160mb left on this account then I'm buggered until I get my phones AP fixed. Which has 19gb on it just sitting there! The frustration is starting to get unbearable.
 
I'm getting this response all the time... No matter what I email, even if it is a plain text email...
