Hi, has anyone else had an issue changing their Telkom Fixed LTE package with Afrihost?
I had confirmed a Change to a higher package last Month for the beginning of this month, and because Telkom couldnt service the large number of package changes, Afrihost quietly changed the date to beginning of next month on their system (They billed me for the new package at the beginning of the month)
When i called they told me a credit note was passed for the price difference.
When i spoke to Tech support they threw a bunch of T's & C's at me and told me i did the oackage change during bill run that's why its for the beginning of next month and that the invoice was not proof enough.
was I supposed to screen grab the confirmation screen that had the date? hmmm.
Time to throw some ICASA regulations at them.
