This is very strange indeed :(
Please drop me a PM with your info and I'll see if I can spot anything. Did you run a traceroute at the times you noticed the slower speeds?

I have no idea how to run a traceroute... still learning :)

I just did the test my line thing after the three speed tests came in at under 2 mbps... according to that everything was good.

Good job Afriman, I've had no shaping for a while now. Latency was a bit jittery from a few days ago on Diablo 3 though, any idea what's causing that? I'm in the Durban IPC area.

Yes Thomas. This is exactly what I am experiencing as well. Line is 100% during the day and only during peak it goes off the rails. Most likely also your local exchange and backhaul causing the congestion. I hope it's not though and a problem that can be fixed.

It's hard to tell, we aren't seeing any latency related issues on the DBN IPC. Drop me a PM with a traceroute and your account info and I'll do some digging for you :)

If it's time related to almost every night that can show signs of a congested exchange :( Post up a traceroute here when you notice things go a bit wobbly and we'll be able to see :)
 
I'm sorry, but i have not seen an ounce of improvement, mine is like static on 18.8%/6.25%, last night, this morning, this afternoon, yesterday, the day before. I'm in PTA
