I would disagree with that. All our clients always have 100% of their line's performance available at all times, even if it's on real time services. And I'm fairly confident that most clients are experiencing some unshaping or shaping decrease at some point daily.
If we were throttling, I may be inclined to agree. But that not what we're doing specifically because we agree with your analogy in that respect and we don't want to deliver a less than what we promise in our AUP.
