Afrihost Uncapped ADSL Feedback (Pt2)

So, in another attempt to get this thread back on topic, it seems that Youtube is finally working again - at least with a quick test I was able to get almost 200kB/s from Youtube, which is about 5 times as much as I normally get.
 
Hi,

Thanks guys got on of the 4000 additional offers as well. The protection offer, is that automatically added (to the free offers). I know I did not select it, I was worried it would add an additional step to the process and then bomb out
 
Completed order, paid for Invoice.
You will see me as an ADSL client soon as well, congrats Afrihost.

Side note, maybe a better server next time.. :D

If our servers had feeling they'd be hurt. We brought additional servers online to deal with the load but was so much more than we could ever anticipate. At least the orders are flowing smoothly now :)

According to ClientZone, my account is in arrears by R145.00. I selected to pay via debit order. Is it possible to pay the outstanding amount via CC right now? I won't get double billed in future?

Let's rather wait for our servers to process everything before changing things. We're still seeing a fairly high work load on our servers. The debit order will go off, you can ignore the arrears bit.

A bit confused here, in the original email I received it mentions free 5GB data and the device? Now I have a outstanding amount on my account of R145?

Please give our systems a while to update. You can ignore the arrears being mentioned on your Client Zone. Things are getting updated slowly but surely.
 
Afri guy could u create a official mobile thread for you guys we are taking over the adsl part

Ok, sorry then I will cancel, thanks for the great deal anyway. I will still PM you my tracerts for the slow videos on Supersport, just have so many Steam updates at the moment. So I need to do those first

There was text on the pre-order button though. The MiFi device is free, and your data is only R145/ month.
Instead of cancelling don't you want to have a friend take it over? It's a deal that is a kind of once in a lifetime thing.
