Afrihost Uncapped ADSL Feedback (Pt2)

Yeah its strange I ordered before they announced the next 4000, even my invoice only shows R 145
 
The orders will all be confirmed soon guys, along with an email notification.
Our servers are still fairly busy - so we're processing things as fast as we can.
 
afriman I had bought that R19 protection plan, it was a accident. The rush had me spamming the click button.. Can this be removed ?

Submitted a support ticket to ask, but it's no rush in finding out. Worst case scenario we can probably cancel it next month.

I know the orders are being processed - but I was wondering if I by any chance clicked the buy device for R897 (I didn't notice when I ordered, actually I don't think it was there) - will my device still be free? As I am part of the next 4000...

I havnt yet received a invoice, that is why i'm asking.. :D

It may just be a bug, but we'll confirm things soon.

Got my invoice after 20 minutes. Ended up paying my bill via CC and it immediately updated the device's status to paid.
 
and AH never ceases to amaze, got my device. you guys really know how to deal with whiney south african techies :D
 
I would just like to say thank you afrihost for this awmse deal :) and for the extra 4000 modems they gave away !! that's a lot of money

I was one of those whiny South African's earlier. But I've got to admit - Afrihost, you really know how to treat your clients well. Well done!
