Not true at all. We're passing on ALL the savings we're getting from Telkom. So in terms of line rental all our clients will either get an upgraded line or they can downgrade and keep their speed and pay less every month.
Our data prices are not changing though - so people in bundles will receive emails as they are upgraded to inform them of how they will be affected and their options going forward. Clients with stand-alone data will need to upgrade accordingly. We've reviewed our competitors pricing and we still feel that our pricing is very much on par with Premium products (remember we don' throttle our Uncapped so you can't compare to Basic or Home packages elsewhere).
once upgrades have settled and we can see how many clients were impacted, we'll take that opportunity to revisit our pricing
