200ms 360 jitter and 30% total packet loss

That's now changed, 30% In and 15% Out

I'm getting disconnected from teamspeak..

Huh... That's very very strange. Can you please send me a PM with your ADSL username, as well as the TeamSpeak and CS:GO servers that you are connecting to.

Would you also mind checking what your modem's current DNS is set to? It will probably be on Auto, can you switch that to manual then use the following:
Primary DNS Server: 196.7.7.7
Secondary DNS Server: 8.8.8.8

You should definitely not be experiencing any issues with YouTube and Facebook, so I think something strange is happening with your DNS.

Changed my DNS and Youtube and whatnot seems to be working fine now, but there is still packet loss on teamspeak.

I do see that public vs private TS servers seem to perform differently. Which one are you using?

A private one. I'll check tonight again and let you know.
 
Although, judging from the fun that JordanOwen is experiencing, I'm not holding my breath.
 
Well my ping in CS:GO is sitting at a stable 51ms (20 higher than it should be) but it would appear that different teamspeak servers have varied packet loss, ping and jitter.

My league ping is hovering around 225 - 240 (Should be 180 - 190)

My pings are looking a lot better but I am still experiencing about 1% packet loss.

Everytime it starts looking good it all goes to crap again. I'm an unhappy camper right now >.<

Please keep an eye on it, and the moment there is any sort of change please let me know!
 
Okay, played a league game and the ping was near perfect, looks like it has been sorted out, it's just TS that's still a bit wonky but other than that all seems to be good.

It's hella sad that the actual support couldn't help me at all and that I had to resort to another website with an Afrihost thread on it :(

I do think we've actually figured out what is causing the TeamSpeak issue, we should have it sorted very soon.
 
Well it looks like all the lovely problems are back and worse than ever. 10/10

Well it seems to have passed, but I'm sure it will happen again, it's just inconsistency now that's the problem.

Have you been able to test the Team Speak Servers that I sent to you via PM?
 
On ADSL 4mbps home uncapped these services are being throttled down to ~2kbps (yes TWO), and constantly timeout/disconnect:

news.nextgennews.net:443
secure.europe.thecubenet.com:80
ssl-eu.astraweb.com:443

Presumably that's not right?
 
Is it me or is Afrihost dog slow right now. Im struggling to load webpages at the moment. I can load a speed test and get good results but any other web traffic is almost unusable.

Uncapped ADSL is for browsing only?

When will this be fixed Afrihost or is your focus only on mobile?

I'm sorry you're thinking of cancelling. Did you call in and were not able to get assistance?

I know you were on PM with AfriGenie, can I ask him to reach out to you to see if we can get to the bottom of this?
