I am going to throw my hat in the ring as well. I have been with only getting under 10kb/s every day and then after 11pm at night it goes to full speed. But during the day it might as well be in the toilet. I cant do anything. I can browse the internet to check out the good ol' days of how dial-up was. It is not good enough to pay for a product that you are not getting. Which is exactly what is happening. Don't give the excuse that we having teething problems, technical problems blah blah blah etc. You should be saying: Hey Subscriber, you work hard for the money that you spend on us and our service is a piece of cheese at the moment (Well for numerous days actually) and that is totally not your fault but ours as we are an ISP and you should expect better and we should immediately stop taking subscriptions since we just dont seem to be able to keep up (no problem keeping up with signing up people but having enough bandwidth or (insert any technical term used to quell argument here). Here is a 50% refund for the time the network is only giving you 10kb/s instead of what you bought (which seems to be from 8am till about 11pm). We are sorry about the false advertising that you getting a product from us that is working properly.
