you know I've raised the issue before about numerous people dealing with problems on account, my erratic speeds have now been handled by Sydney, JamesM, Khulile and Blaine. The one obviously does not talk to the other so I get a different response every time I send info through.

Sorry to hear things have not gone well. Sounds like I referred you to our special ops team, while you also had a ticket open. Best would be to deal only with the special ops guys. Please PM me so I can make sure they take this issue over.

I'm on a 2mbps uncapped account and i have downloaded 25.50 GB this month and already on the 5% Download Speed. Think im gonna switch back to mweb imo.

We're shaping torrents and file sharing only to give the best international experience while EASSy is being restored. Although we have significant capacity on WACS, we so need to ensure that priority real time services continue to run at premium levels.

The info we have is that EASSy should be up really soon, and we can expect shaping to be relaxed.
