What astounds me is, that I am threatening to leave Afrihost and now receive radio silence :P

Please acknowledge that I have replied to your numerous PM's today, and that we have offered numerous options and solutions to your issue. We are meeting your demands, and you will be contacted by management in due course. If there is more that you feel we should be doing as a company, please feel free to do so :(

I would have expected someone to contact me, as soon he / she was made aware of the issue.

And I was promised my line would be back with telkom in 5 hours, so please get on it and get it done

I'm not sure who promised that, I was not aware of that condition. If it's possible we will get the fastest resolution we can get from Telkom for you.

Just wanna say thanks for chatting to our manager and reaching an amicable solution on this. We totally understand that this has been an awful experience from your perspective and we have tried to do everything in our power to resolve the situation.

It is not demands, it is what is fair, thank you for the speedy resolution to the issues at hand
 
And then you get to deal with telkom everytime something breaks :D

Like I said I have NO hassles with Telkom and Canal walk service centre Twice now I have called Telkom direct (not the service centre) only to find that MY wires were corroded!!!!!!!! and they did not bill me. Serviced within 24 hours!

Hi Afriman,

My issue is still not sorted, and all I am getting from Afrihost is requests for pings and tracerts which is completely useless as this must be a shaping issue. I highly doubt that you are going to shape ICMP packets.

To speed this up please check if the following ports/IP ranges are shaped at any time?

IP range: 208.95.184.0/22
Ports: TCP/7000-7500

These are the ports used by Neverwinter during run time.
 
26.19 gigs downloaded on 2mb uncapped. Last month I downloaded almost 150 gigs.
This month? Permanent heavy shaping
