At least you are getting 50% speeds. I'm getting a whopping 25KB/s on my 4Mbps line.

Switched over from MWeb. MWeb more expensive, but speeds are way more consistent. Afrihost is sucking it BAD.

My Afrihost 1GB capped prepaid, you can clearly see no throttling.
