Hi Afriman, there is an error if I try to upgrade to a business package. Says an error has occurred and to contact the helpdesk.
My torrent died as business hours kicked in today. The history speed graph in uTorrent has displayed 300+KB/s since initiating the download, and it drops off at 8am this morning. It's a large torrent and has been going most of the weekend. Considering I'm on a business account I would have thought performance would increase if anything during office hours.

Is there any shaping on your business Account? I too am considering switching over to a business account as I believe it's unshapped in the cape town area. Not sure if its true or not.

We haven't been shaping business, so (to my knowledge) there should have been no difference. Torrents have so many factors, it's always a hard one to diagnose. Unless there is actually shaping taking place, we're not actively restricting torrents at all.
We haven't shaped any business users since we went live with our new IPC's, except when the IPC went down once or twice in the first weeks. Our intention is to never shape business as much as we can, only only shape when absolutely necessary (and only after hours) in extreme situations.

Haven't used internet in almost 48 hours but i continue to be shaped to 50% of my download speeds
