Yes, this is on an otherwise idle connection. It's 11-12ms when Afrihost's network is working.

Gian said 'within 24 hours' earlier today. Unfortunately that's what Afrihost has been saying for weeks now.

I have played D3 for about half an hour. Latency is better but there is still spikes now and then (mostly when I encounter big mobs). Will switch to my FNB connect account for the rest of the night.
