Where the heck do you get 4Mbps international download? And Plugg is IS. I thought all IS service providers were alike... perhaps Plugg just have fewer clients?

took forever to ope the speed test, finally gave up, even facebook is not loading.... welcome to the weekend
Well currently my speedtest are running at less as 1Mbps on a 10 Meg line (both international & local) so looks like afrihost decimated my line this is at 18:00 on 2012/11/09

My limit has been reached. Will be looking to make a move this weekend.
Any ideas what Axxess is like at the moment? I'm liking the idea of the 2 concurrent connections on their 4mbps account.
EDIT: wait... they are owned by Afrihost, and on the MTN network as well aren't they?
