i just wanted to check, if i upgrade my package to a higher speed, is it instantaneous
or do i have to wait 30 days?
and when does the billing kick in?

you have paid for this month at lower speed?

If so the following would make sense:
they would bill you extra at a prorata rate(quantity of data dependent) for the remaining few days & for the new month.

IE your first debit might be a bit more than your normal(now higher monthly payment)

best is to call AH & confirm.
