We will usually need to wait for the payment to clear before we are able to ship the modem.

Hopefully you guys can do something nice for him AfriGenie, or get him sorted

Uhm, I said I ordered the modem thru the other guys in my post above.
I didn't even know you sold it, because I didn't see an advert on your website.

Please can you check the status of my line, I have been offline for a whole week now.

Ok so my VDSL modem has just arrived, and of course it doesn't work.

Anyone have settings for ZyXEL?

Maybe my landline is too noisy - when I had a phone attached, it sounded very bad.

So Telkom was here today, they tell me VDSL is not supported in the area yet, and said they would need to install fibre first.

Oh the joy.
