Afrihost uselessness - redirecting HTTP to capped page

anyone else on Afrihost UNCAPPED fiber getting redirected to a page saying their bandwidth is used up and they need to buy more?

it seems HTTPS sites are ok, but anything in HTTP is being redirected by their transparent proxy to the capped page.

its 2020 is it that hard to get something so simple to work?

as usual support WhatsApp is a useless bot that just redirects you back their useless support page ...
