Afrihost won't accept my username/password

Heya Guys

Afrihost all of a sudden won't accept my username or password, any ideas?

It was working till i set up a new account then it wouldn't connect so i thought maybe something is wrong with my network, switched off my afrihost and can't get connected.

Any ideas?

I'm in the same boat. It suddenly is not authenticating. I haven't changed anything ... my Telkom and WA Prepaid all work.

yeah, well it connects when i put the username and password in my router but not when i make a pppoe connection.

/yes i did restart the router...

I have sent through a ticket. Yip, restarted my router twice but it specifically says authentication failed, i.e. username and password not accepted.

i got them to call me but suddenly they don't support pppoe connections, mine won't connect only through the router....

My pppoe connection to afrihost wont connect...my router connection to afrihost wont connect...Not sure if the fact that the 2-for-1 special is ending tomorrow has anything to do with this problem...

Had a problem too, but seems to be working again.
And so it should as I have about 1.5Gb to use up by Sunday

seems it comes and goes, afrihost is really having some or other problem cause even my router doesn't connect constantly

i noticed earlier this evening that it took ages for the afrihost account on my router to connect.

same :/ could only connect manually on one PC to PPPOE after a few tries..

Cybersmart connects, Axxess connects, Afrihost will NOT connect (Authentication failed)
