Afrishost constant disconnects(not the 24 hour one)

Has it been resolved for anyone else? It's still happening to me. I wonder if I've got a line problem... will test with WebAfrica prepaid now.
 
well no noticeable disconnects yesterday, so lets see how it goes from now on.
 
I'm also having major problems with my Afrihost account.

Anyone know if this is an actual issue, or if this is just normal? Because over the last month I've been getting not-as frequent time-outs in the evening. Very disappointing on Afrihost's part.
 
Me too. But I don't mind much, I just used my G-Connect as backup. I am more than happy to wait for them to fix it @ R29 per gig.
 
still happening on international connections....and the mail is also very slow....send yourself an e-mail from another account and see how long it takes to show up in their webmail inbox.

tracert shows timeouts on every second hop routing via ip.isnet.net servers both on the 196 series and 168 series IPs.

I have two accounts configured on my router.

Afrihost as primary account and SAIX as secondary. The SAIX one never goes down but the Afrihost one drops all the time. Getting pretty annoying...
 
It still happening to me ... line is fine ... no sync loss ...
 
i've deciced to just run saix for a while until they sort it, costs me less that llosing R100 on a hand in poker when it disconnects.
